Chairman Mike Miller provides leadership to all Intracorp Companies in setting corporate goals, processes and direction. He joined Intracorp as Chief Financial Officer in 1986 and since that time founded a family of five independent companies, four of which are real estate development companies based in Seattle, San Francisco, Southern California and San Diego. Intracorp Capital, headquartered in Seattle, is a private investment firm that acquires or recapitalizes profitable, private companies. Mr. Miller is a former president of Intrawest Corporation, USA, a diversified resort, leisure and real estate company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and traded publicly on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Intrawest, he was a Certified Public Accountant at Touche, Ross and Co., known today as Deloitte & Touche.

Jim DeFranco joined Intracorp in 1995 and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intracorp Seattle until 2004. As Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Intracorp Companies, he is responsible for risk management and insurance, taxes, litigation, and financial and cash managment for all of the Companies. Mr. DeFranco was previously Chief Operating Officer of Ferguson Construction in Seattle, Washington. Prior to that he was a partner with Deloitte & Touche where he served in Seattle, New York and San Francisco.

Dan Miller joined Intracorp in 2005 and is responsible for managing equity capital partnerships across Intracorp's portfolio of businesses. Prior to Intracorp, Mr. Miller spent over 12 years in finance, product management, corporate finance and accounting roles at enterprise software, investment banking and public accounting firms, including Oracle Corporation, Digital Impact (acquired by Axciom in 2005), SG Cowen and Arthur Andersen.

Mike Lierman joined Intracorp in 1997 as Vice President and was named President of Intracorp Seattle in 2002. Mr. Lierman oversees all Company operations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the development of suburban and urban residential communities, commercial and industrial facilities, master planned land developments, and the acquisition of income properties. Before joining Intracorp, he served as a Vice President and partner of Buie Communities, Inc., a major real estate developer in Southern California.

Dean Givas started Intracorp San Francisco in late 2004. His 17 years of local San Francisco Bay Area real estate experience span a diverse range of product types and markets. Prior to joining Intracorp, Mr. Givas operated his own firm, Oyster Development Corp., after spending 14 years with Trammell Crow Company where he was a partner in charge of development.
PETER LAUENER

Peter Lauener directs all land acquisition, entitlement, forward planning, business development and long-range vision strategy for the growing urban development operations of Intracorp Southern California, the company he established and has managed since its doors opened in 2002. A 20-year veteran of the Southland’s development industry, Mr. Lauener was previously the Senior Vice President of Catellus Residential Group. From 1985 to 1993, he served as project manager/division manager for The Lusk Company.
WILLIAM NICHOL

Bill Nichol joined Intracorp San Diego in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer, just prior to the start of construction on its first project in San Diego. Nichol was named Chief Operating Officer in July 2006 and oversees all company operations in San Diego and Hawaii, including the development of all urban and suburban residential communities and property acquisitions. Nichol has over 25 years of strategic planning and financial management experience in the banking and real estate industries.

Gordon McFadden was formerly President of Nike, ACG, Helly Hansen N.A. And The Gerry Group. Mr. McFadden held additional executive positions with Eddie Bauer and Helly Hansen International. He is a Director of HomeStreet Bank. Previous board positions held by Mr. McFadden include seats at Young Presidents Organization International, Helly Hanson Hong Kong, Snow Sports Industries America, Zulu Sports and Saint Andrews Housing Group.
