Mike Lierman joined Intracorp in 1997 as Vice President and was named President of Intracorp Seattle in 2002. Mr. Lierman oversees all Company operations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the development of suburban and urban residential communities, commercial and industrial facilities, master planned land developments, and the acquisition of income properties. Before joining Intracorp, he served as a Vice President and partner of Buie Communities, Inc., a major real estate developer in Southern California.
MELISSA DE LOOZE
Vice President, Finance & Accounting Group
Melissa de Looze directs all financial management and reporting elements of Intracorp Seattle’s operations. Ms. de Looze is responsible for structuring and negotiating debt and equity for Seattle’s real estate developments and corporate working capital facilities, and provides analyses for the Company’s strategic financial planning and projections. Her past affiliations include Bank of America, KeyBank and Bank of California.

Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Jeff Smallwood directs all sales and marketing functions for the Seattle division of Intracorp. He has been a leader in the Puget Sound Real Estate market since 1988, and joined the Intracorp team in February 2008. He brings years of experience, and a dynamic, hands-on approach to the process of marketing and selling residential real estate.
MICHAEL MCCONE
Vice President of Development
In real estate development since 1998 and an architect since 1986, Michael McCone oversees the entitlement, design and construction of Intracorp San Francisco's high-density developments. His recent local projects include 88 Townsend—112 for-sale units in a mid-rise—on behalf of the Rosenberg Company, and Mission Place—595 rental units plus 75,000 square feet of retail in a high-rise complex—for Catellus Urban Development Group. Mr. McCone’s background also includes tenures at Trammell Crow and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
PHILIP KERR
Vice President of Development
Phil Kerr
is in charge of sourcing, entitling, and overseeing the design, development
and construction of Intracorp San Francisco’s mid-density developments which
typically include town home and podium projects. Mr. Kerr joined Intracorp
San Francisco from the Olson Company where he managed the development team
for the local East Bay and South Bay markets. He was responsible for 9
entitlement and development projects including the 252-unit City Walk
project in downtown Oakland.
