Chief Operating Officer
Mike Lierman joined Intracorp in 1997 as Vice President and was named President of Intracorp Seattle in 2002. Mr. Lierman oversees all Company operations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the development of suburban and urban residential communities, commercial and industrial facilities, master planned land developments, and the acquisition of income properties. Before joining Intracorp, he served as a Vice President and partner of Buie Communities, Inc., a major real estate developer in Southern California.
LISABETH SOLDANO
Vice President, Townhome & Single Family Group
Lis Soldano leads Intracorp’s Mid-Rise Residential Group. She has been with Intracorp for more than 10 years overseeing urban and suburban residential developments, including mixed-use condominium and apartment communities, townhome communities and single family plats. Ms. Soldano's prior experience includes shopping center, office, and medical facilities developments in the Puget Sound region and Northern California.
KATHRYN ARMSTRONG
Vice President, Major Projects Group
Kathryn Armstrong joined Intracorp Seattle in 1997. She currently leads the development of Company high-rise and urban mixed-use developments. Prior to Intracorp, Ms. Armstrong was active in a broad range of commercial and residential development projects in the Washington D.C. area, where she was the Vice President of Real Estate at Chevy Chase Bank, and Director of Planning and Design with Kettler & Scott.
MELISSA DE LOOZE
Vice President, Finance & Accounting Group
Melissa de Looze directs all financial management and reporting elements of Intracorp Seattle’s operations. Ms. de Looze is responsible for structuring and negotiating debt and equity for Seattle’s real estate developments and corporate working capital facilities, and provides analyses for the Company’s strategic financial planning and projections. Her past affiliations include Bank of America, KeyBank and Bank of California.
CHRIS ROSS
Vice President, Construction Group
Chris Ross came aboard with Intracorp Seattle in March 1997 and brings to his position 16 years of construction management experience in the local Seattle market. Prior to Intracorp, Mr. Ross served with Howard S. Wright construction as well as Cosmos Development. He has managed development of a variety of high- and low-rise condominium projects as well as hotel, office and mixed-use buildings.
PAUL BOTTGE
Vice President, Business Development
Paul Bottge joined Intracorp Seattle in 1999 and today manages its business development efforts for townhome, mid-rise and various major residential projects. Previously, Mr. Bottge was a senior appraiser at a private Seattle real estate company where he completed feasibility and valuation assignments on a broad range of property types including residential, office, mixed-use and retail through out the Pacific Northwest.
DAN SWALLOW
Development Director, Townhome & Single Family Group
Dan Swallow leads Intracorp’s Townhome and Single Family Development Group. He has been with Intracorp for four years and has been active in the Puget Sound real estate industry for over 17 years. Mr. Swallow's past experience includes a wide array of real estate projects including land development, commercial/industrial, high-rise residential, single family, and townhome development.
