PETER LAUENER
Regional President
Peter Lauener directs all land acquisition, entitlement, forward planning, business development and long-range vision strategy for the growing development operations of Intracorp throughout Southern California and Hawaii. He has managed Intracorp Southern California's operations since he established the company in 2002. A 20-year veteran of the Southland's development industry, Mr. Lauener was previously the Senior Vice President of Catellus Residential Group. From 1985 to 1993, he served as project manager/division manager for The Lusk Company.
WILLIAM NICHOL
President
Bill Nichol joined Intracorp San Diego in 1999 as CFO, prior to the start of construction on its first San Diego project. Named President of Intracorp in July 2006, Bill oversees all company operations in San Diego and Hawaii, including the development of urban and suburban residential communities and property acquisitions. He has more than 25 years of strategic planning and financial management experience in the banking and real estate industries, having served as Chief Financial Officer for major financial institutions in Southern California and the Southwest. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Muskingum College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
LOREN ADAMS
Vice President of Operations & Development
All Intracorp San Diego/Hawaii project managers report to Loren Adams, who oversees all project managers assigned to projects in the final stages of pre-development, under construction and/or in final sell out or lease up. He also is responsible for the Company’s customer service and warranty programs. Mr. Adams has over 10 years of urban in-fill, mid- and high-rise development, asset management and property management experience. He joined Intracorp San Diego/Hawaii in 2001, coming to San Diego from Intracorp’s Seattle operation.
SERGIO SANDOVAL
Director of Acquisitions
With more than 14 years’ experience in the real estate industry as a Development Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Construction Estimator, Sergio possesses a unique combination of development, construction and real estate expertise. Prior to joining Intracorp, Sergio worked for two residential apartment developers, a retail mall developer, and a commercial office building general contractor. This experience gives him a unique insight into various product types, their respective feasibility issues, and construction budgeting. Sergio holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in construction management from California Polytech State University, San Luis Obispo. He also is a licensed real estate broker.
