PETER LAUENER
Regional President
Peter Lauener directs all land acquisition, entitlement, forward planning, business development and long-range vision strategy for the growing development operations of Intracorp throughout Southern California and Hawaii. He has managed Intracorp Southern California's operations since he established the company in 2002. A 25-year veteran of the Southland’s development industry, Mr. Lauener was previously the Senior Vice President of Catellus Residential Group. From 1985 to 1993, he served as project manager/division manager for The Lusk Company.
JAMES E. DEFRANCO
Chief Financial Officer
Jim DeFranco is responsible for financial management and internal control of all the Intracorp companies, including insurance, taxes, litigation, and cash management. Having consulted with insurance companies, banks and construction companies while in public accounting, Jim is uniquely qualified to deal with all types of insurance matters, from creating unique strategies and policies to submitting complex multi-million dollar claims. Although he is not an attorney, Jim has managed multiple attorneys effectively to maximize the recovery on insurance and construction claims through litigation or mediation. He has also strategized and implemented tax strategies which have saved millions of dollars of taxes. Jim has been with Intracorp for over 15 years. Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a Pacific Northwest-based industrial contractor with operations throughout the Western United States. During a 19 year career with Deloitte & Touche, he was a Partner in San Francisco and also worked in New York, Seattle, and London. While with the international accounting firm, Jim’s experience included real estate, construction and financial services. Jim is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Washington and California. He holds an Insurance Agent license in Washington, and is also a member of Financial Executives International.
LOREN ADAMS
Senior Vice President Operations/Development
Loren Adams oversees all Intracorp Southern California, San Diego and Hawaii project managers and projects in the final stages of pre-development, under construction and/or in final sell out or lease up. He is also responsible for the Company’s customer service and warranty programs. Mr. Adams has over 12 years of urban in-fill, mid-and high-rise development, asset management and property management experience. He has worked for Intracorp’s offices in Seattle, San Diego/Hawaii and Southern California in the roles of project manager and vice president operations/development. Loren holds both bachelors and juris doctorate degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle and studied at the University of Washington School of Urban Design and Planning, with an emphasis on community planning, design and real estate development.
JOANNE ROWLAND
Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
For over 20 years, Joanne Rowland has been responsible for consistently successful sales and marketing operations at such renowned Southland homebuilders as Centex Homes and J.M. Peters Company. She is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the Company’s Sales, Marketing and Branding strategies for all commercial and residential projects. Her in-depth experience includes high-mid and low-rise mixed use residential as well as cluster attached homes, detached and active adult communities.

DIGBY
Vice President Customer Service
Since joining Intracorp in 2005, Andy Digby has built a customer service operation from zero to a 15 person staff responsible for the closing of over 2,000 units now under warranty. He manages and implements owner punch and buyer walk thru processes and works with general contractors and sub-contractors on performance issues. He was born in England and moved to the U.S. in 1984. Among his previous customer service management affiliations is Taylor Woodrow, Southern California.
NICK AMIROV
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Nick Amirov is responsible for
all construction operations for Intracorp Southern California throughout
Southern California and Hawaii. He has extensive building experience
across the entire spectrum of detached, attached and high-rise
residential construction as well as mixed-use, commercial, industrial,
and government projects. Markets in which he has been active are Russia
and Southern California. His prior affiliations include Raytheon
Engineers and Constructors, Washington Group International, Turner
Construction Co. and American Constructors. He holds a masters degree in
electrical engineering from St. Petersburg University in Russia.
CHRIS ENCHEFF
DIRECTOR OF LAND ACQUISITIONS
Chris Encheff is responsible for facilitating all land acquisitions for Intracorp Southern California. He oversees the entire acquisition process, from sourcing and underwriting to the purchasing of development opportunities. Since beginning his career in 2002 with KB Home, Chris has been involved in the purchase and/or sale of nearly $1 Billion in residential units. A native of Irvine, he is an expert in all areas of the Southern California marketplace. Chris’ database of infill development opportunities is unparalleled within the industry.
