Intracorp Companies is a family of
six independent
companies operating from a common philosophy and financial discipline
backed by long-term experience. Four of the six are real estate
development companies based in Seattle, San Francisco, Southern California

Seattle and functions as a private investment firm that acquires or recapitalizes
profitable, private companies. An additional member of the Intracorp family,
Intracorp Properties, is a private investment partnership that seeks to
maximize investment yields by purchasing both distressed and stabilized
income producing properties in such areas as industrial, multi-family,
