is a new community by Manchester & Belford, LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company, whose sole member is Manchester & Belford Investors, LLC,
a California limited liability company, whose sole member is Intracorp Los
Angeles, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. Alicante features
condominium ownership and an association, supported by its residents,
maintains common area and facilities for a monthly fee. Membership is
